The heart of this machine is a 4.0L, naturally aspirated, air-cooled flat-six, paired with a 6-speed transmission and All-Wheel-Drive. The signature centre-mounted fuel filler and external side-mounted oil filler are both specified.

While this is an All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) example, owners are also able to specify Rear-Wheel-Drive (RWD). Either left-hand-drive (LHD) or right-hand-drive (RHD) cars can be restored and Singer’s special wishes department handles client requests for bespoke details and engineering, ranging from bespoke trim finishes through to ski-racks, spot-lights or alternative wheel design.

Founder and Executive Chairman of Singer, Rob Dickinson explains – “Having visited Japan, I've seen first-hand the vibrant Porsche owners' scene and love for the 911. With the first restorations for owners in Japan already completed, it's incredibly exciting for Singer to be joining this community and to have a local presence in this very important market. As our client group grows, we need a partner of the highest reputation to look after them. I'm thrilled that Ei San Motors will be representing Singer and supporting our amazing owners in Japan."

Chairman of Ei San Motors, Timothy Chang, noted: “We’re very excited to be at the forefront of introducing Singer’s services to a wider audience in Japan. The 911 is an iconic car with a huge following in Japan so we’re delighted to be able to be part of Singer’s ongoing growth in such an important market. The parent company, Yun San Motors, represents Singer in Taiwan so together we look forward to supporting Singer’s clients and building the brand in Asia. Ei San Motors represents some of the most iconic brands in the automotive world and I’m delighted that Singer is now part of the family.”
