"California is a world leader in bringing fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen fuel to the commercial market, with Germany, Japan, Korea and China also pushing forward. Through the Alternative and Renewable Fuel and Vehicle Technology Program, administered by the California Energy Commission, our state continues its commitment to build alternative fuel infrastructure, including hydrogen stations," says Roy Kim of the California Fuel Cell Partnership. "By test driving fuel cell vehicles on city streets, people are able to see that FCVs are nearly ready for the commercial market, and learn about CaFCP’s coordinated plan for deploying stations that makes the most of public and private investment."
