Best F1 Cars Review Car by Car

F1 Ferrari racing in Singapore

The speed and thrills of Formula One have been exhilarating fans for years.

Over that time, there have been some more than memorable cars to talk about. But which is the best F1 car of all-time? Whether it be the best looking F1 car or just the best F1 car overall, it is time to answer, "What is the best F1 car?"

These F1 cars have made fans boil with excitement and added some thrill to F1 GPs and races, especially with Ferrari and Mercedes leading the ranks both in GPs and best cars. Fans wanting to follow can bet on future GPs by using the FanDuel sportsbook app.

Red Bull RB19

If you ask, “What is the best F1 car ever,” the Red Bull RB19 may be right there. It is not only a contender for the best looking F1 car, but has quickly become one of the most dominant F1 cars there has ever been. With Max Verstappen at the wheel, records have been set and Red Bull even achieved an incredible 14 victories in a row. There is no telling the highs this car can achieve.

McLaren-Honda MP4/4

In the conversation for the best F1 car of all-time is the McLaren MP 4/4. For now, it is statistically the best F1 car ever. During the 1988 F1 season alone, Ayrton Senna and Alain Prost managed to win 15 of 16 races. The only race they lost is because of a now-infamous collision. It has been a dominant car and holds a 93.8% victory rate for that season, the highest of any car.

Ferrari F2002

From 2000-2004, Ferrari was unlike any other. The F2004 won 15 races in the 18-race season but the 2002 model is unparallelled. It wasn’t introduced until the third race because the F2001 was still so dominant. Michael Schumacher finished no worse than second in any race and the car wound up winning the Constructors Championship by nearly three times as many points as the runner-up could manage.

Williams FW14B

Hitting the scene in 1991, it was so far advanced for the time. The design became iconic in every way and helped take Nigel Mansell to another level. With a tweaked active suspension system and new traction control, Williams Racing went to another level. It qualified for every pole but one in 1992, adding 11 of the fastest laps of the season in the process. Sheer dominance from start to finish.

Ferrari 500

Ferrari has become a name to be reckoned with and has some of the most dominant F1 racers ever. The Ferrari 500 became the class of the field, winning every race it was entered in. Alberto Ascari took the helm from Piero Taruffi, ultimately winning both the 1952 and 1953 championships behind the wheel of the Ferrari 500. IT went almost unbeaten over two seasons, only losing in the final round of the ’53 season. There have been few dominant runs like the one had by this car.
